How do I place an order?
Browse our collection at purrsonal-space.com, pick the tee your cat would judge you for NOT buying, select your size, and check out. It's the easiest decision you'll make all day — unlike trying to move your cat off your keyboard.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. Contact us immediately at contact@merchment.com and we'll do our best — no promises, unlike your cat who never makes any.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope — you can check out as a guest. Though creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder when your cat inevitably claims your first tee as their new bed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout — safer than your pillow is from your cat.

Is your checkout secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is fully encrypted and secure. Your payment details are safe with us — unlike your side of the bed, which has been permanently occupied.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the USA only. Ironically, the brand was conceived in Germany by a founder who has never set foot in the US. Sassy remains unbothered by this contradiction. International shipping is coming — stay tuned.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days, then delivered in 2–5 business days after shipment. We know it's a wait — but great things take time. Your cat takes 20 minutes to decide whether to sit on the couch or the floor. Your tee is worth it.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 ship free. Consider it a small victory — one of the few you'll get when you share a home with a cat.


Where is my order printed and shipped from?
Every order is printed and shipped from within the USA by our trusted US print partner. No international mystery waits — your tee goes from a US facility straight to your door.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email so you can obsessively refresh the status page — just like your cat stares at the door before knocking something off the shelf. We fully support this behavior.

My order is delayed — what do I do?
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at contact@merchment.com and we'll look into it for you.

SIZING & PRODUCT


How do I find my size?
Our tees are unisex and true to size. If you prefer an oversized, relaxed fit — size up. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. Your cat will claim it regardless of size, so pick what feels best on you.

What are your tees made of?
Our tees are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton — buttery soft and Feline Approved™. Heather colors include polyester. Lightweight at 4.2 oz/yd², pre-shrunk, side-seamed, and eco-friendly. Full material details are on each product page.

Will my tee shrink after washing?
Our tees are pre-shrunk, so minimal shrinkage is expected. Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low — or air dry for best results. Full care instructions are on the product page and inside the tee's tear-away label.

How do I care for my tee?
Cold water only. Turn inside out to protect the graphic. Gentle detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener. First wash may bleed slightly, so wash separately. Tumble dry low or air dry. Never iron directly on the graphic — turn inside out or use a pressing cloth.

Are the graphics printed or embroidered?
Our graphics are printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, long-lasting results. Handle with care and they'll outlast your cat's current grudge.

Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes — our tees are eco-friendly and ethically made. Good for the planet your cat has claimed as their own.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Love your tee or your money back — no guilt trips, no drama. Unlike your cat, we take returns gracefully.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at contact@merchment.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process — no judgment, unlike some cats we know.

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry — that's on us. Email contact@merchment.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Promptly. Unlike your cat responding to its name.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — reach out to us at contact@merchment.com within 30 days and we'll sort a size exchange for you. Check the size guide before ordering to help avoid this — your cat won't help you measure.

Who is behind Purrsonal Space
Purrsonal Space is a one-person operation run by The Servant — a cat-owned founder based in Germany — making tees for cat people everywhere. The brand was founded in 2025 after Sassy, the founder's cat, made it impossible to leave the house on time one too many mornings.

Where are you located?
Purrsonal Space is designed and managed from Germany — yes, really — but every tee is printed and shipped from within the USA by our trusted US print partner. You'll never wait on an international shipment. Sassy is unbothered by this arrangement.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — currently USA only. Fun fact though: the person behind Purrsonal Space is writing this from Germany, so technically the brand is already international. Sassy is choosing not to comment. International shipping coming soon.
